A Portland for All
I'm running to represent District 2 because I believe in action with compassion. Whether you are a small business owner, a worker, or a neighbor, I am committed to working to ensure District 2 Portlanders have the tools and support they need to thrive.
Portland needs change
I know Portland can do better. We can make our neighborhoods safe and vibrant; neighbors connected to neighbors, with affordable housing along the spectrum of need, from the visibly houseless to the neighbors at risk of becoming homeless to first-time homebuyers. We can have flourishing business districts and public transportation systems prioritizing safety and climate. Safe neighborhoods are neighborhoods where people are connected and resourced to meet their needs. Our city’s natural beauty is deeply valued, and we must ensure our parks and greenspaces are safe and clean, and the move toward a green economy and climate resilience includes every Portlander.
As a lifelong Portlander with extensive experience in public budgeting, policy development, and climate advocacy, I’m dedicated to collaborating with you and my Council colleagues to create a more inclusive, sustainable, Portland that works for all.
With your vote, I will:
Expand affordable housing and address houselessness with compassionate, effective solutions
Ensure safe and efficient transportation systems for all
Lead the charge on climate justice, ensuring a green future for our city
